Situated on the famous Höheweg close to the Interlaken Ost station, this Art Nouveau hotel comprises two separate buildings dating back over a hundred years. Its central location makes it the perfect base for scenic excursions around the Bernese Oberland. Breakfast is a Swiss buffet and the hotel offers 2 restaurants, separately managed - the casual atmosphere of Asllani’s Corner and for à la carte dining the Chalet Belzil which serves typically Swiss cuisine. Guests can relax in the saunas and treatment rooms of the Wellness Dörfli and enjoy the outdoor swimming pond in the summer.
Stephan Maeder and his team will do their utmost to make you feel welcome throughout your stay. Please note that the minimum age for guests at the Carlton Europe is 16 years.
Half board is available at the hotel May-September and 25 December-2 January. Bed & breakfast only at other times.
